ALL IS STILL THE SAME

I registered 8 coins and lost my slot and NGC lost my second set Cleveland.

I know now why I collect coins. It's for the anguish NGC has put me through for these few years. I registered my new Presidential proofs(both sets) and had top slots. Now I am out, and they have misplace the second Cleveland that I registered. I hope no one else goes through this crap. Every year is the same thing.
