Off to the Wizard of Oz, again

or should I say "Follow the Yellow Brick Road" to NCS

Just sent off 2 more Franklins for conservation to NCS again. Hoping for the same great results and maybe something extra.
I have attached a pre-photo of the obverses showing how mucked up they are. (notice the black rim area's and also in the field on one and overall haze on both) When they return, will post again with before and after pics for all to see.
