But I'm almost positive I saw an article in last year's Coin World congratulating the winner's of NGC's awards.

Can anyone corraborate this and if so tell me which issue it was in? I've looked through my issues 3 times and can not put my hands on it.

Thanks for the "Best Presented Set" NGC. I never dreamed it would happen!
