Thane's Bio
I'm a career symphony musician, married, with two young girls.

Besides coin collecting, my other interests have been pre-digital photography, visiting pro baseball stadiums, nature travel, hiking and camping.

I like finding patterns and beauty in everyday life in ways others may miss. I like collecting modern business strike coinage for this reason. It's also a good stress-buster. Done right, it's affordable!

My dad started me on collecting with empty Whitman folders and annual Christmas gifts of proof and mint sets.
