For expedited shipments, using either FedEx or Express Mail, both collectors and dealers must have their own shipping accounts and their own third-party insurance. Complete shipping instructions must be provided to NGC on each submission form. Collectors and dealers without their own shipping accounts and insurance must use US Registered Mail, and they will be charged for shipping and insurance by NGC.
NGC is reminding submitters of these important guidelines so that all coins are properly insured at all times.
